Apostle Hot Sauce is the creation of Lydia and Mat, from Paekākāriki, Wellington. They have a passion for local ingredients and refuse to use any artificial colours, preservatives, flavours or thickeners. Instead, they rely on fresh ingredients to create their vibrant range of sauces. 

The Saint Matthew Chocolate & Mānuka Smoked Chipotle Sauce is a deep floral and earthy blend of Mānuka smoked chipotle and dark cocoa, creating a rich base for this spectacularly full-flavoured Mole Poblano inspired chipotle sauce.

Saint Matthew is the best you can get for tacos, nachos or stirred together with mayonnaise for a perfect burger sauce. Bottle size is 150mL

Ingredients

Organic apple cider vinegar, mānuka smoked jalapeño (10%), capsicum, onion, tomato paste, cocoa powder (4.8%), salt, garlic powder, cinnamon, cumin, pepper.
